How Does It Work?

Inspect

First, our pest control experts conduct a thorough inspection of your home. It starts with common entry points such as cracks and gaps around and inside your home.

Report

After the inspection we will discuss with you our recommendations as well as treatment options. This thorough evaluation allows you to make an informed decision utilizing all available options.

Treat

You are ready to go? Great! We will exterminate the pests regardless of your home’s construction type, material, or age. The type and duration of the treatment depends on the pest.

Protect

We offer a low-cost protection plan that covers your home and surroundings, so pests will no longer bug you. It covers the interior and exterior of your dwelling focusing on the entry points.

Types of Pest

Ants

Ants are highly social creatures — seeing one ant likely means more are nearby. Killing the ants you see won’t take care of the problem. Effective ant control often requires treatment that will be taken back to the colony by the ants where the nest can be eliminated.

Cockroaches

There are many species of cockroaches, some capable of flying that can come in on boxes from the grocery store and some so small you might not even notice them until there is an sizeable population. Regardless of the type, cockroaches are nocturnal and very good at hiding. Due to their stealthy living habits, cockroach infestation can occur without a homeowner even noticing.

Spiders

Spiders are skilled predators, using their webs to trap unsuspecting pests. While most spiders are harmless, discovering a spider web in your home can be an unsettling experience.

Rodents

Rats, mice and other pests invade your home looking for the same comforts of home that you do such as food, shelter and water. They’re a threat to your property, your health and your sense of security. We recommend placing exterior rodent bait stations, key lock style, sturdy to stand on, and weighted is a key deterrent against rodents.  Dry drains and dry toilets are an avenue for rodents to gain access.

Ticks

Fleas and ticks can carry diseases, some of which are very dangerous to humans and pets. This makes protecting your home against fleas and ticks a critical element of your pest control.
